Dr. Deanna Davis, Professional Development Instructional Design Specialist at the Faculty of Graduate Studies & Research, provided an orientation session on Individual Development Plan (IDP). Students were introduced to the professional development requirement and the IDP. This session addressed following questions:

  • Why is professional development a requirement?
  • What counts as professional development activities for the eight-hour requirement?
  • How do I start to create an IDP?
